道路宝3000 Evolution清扫设备采用一体式设计，底盘与上清扫结构连为一体，整体设备所有动作，包括行进、转向、扫刷转动、链条输送等全部由一台柴油发动机驱动液压泵工作。设备内部遍布液压管路所有动作都为液压传动。打破传统扫路采用商业底盘上装清扫设备模式。并且采用了机械与真空吸尘结合的清扫方式，性能远远优于单纯又靠真空吸扫的局限，这意味着：

1、整个设备单发工作，废弃排放少，油耗低，每小时油耗仅相当于一台商用轿车。

2、更高速的清扫，清扫速度可以达到200km/h，使得每公里清扫成本大幅降低。
